Inbound Processing Delays

As we are within the busiest season of the year coupled with the unprecedented growth in online sales, CrossBorder Pickups has been proactive in putting measures in place to accommodate the increased volume. In preparation, new staffing has been added, extended U.S. processing hours, and additional daily transportations to handle the incoming shipments while maintaining safe distancing and regular cleaning schedule protocols in keeping everyone safe.

As we continue to invest, plan, and adapt to this season’s demands, delays should be expected. Currently, we are processing shipments received 6 business days from the current date, however, this will fluctuate throughout the season. We ask that you take this into account when sending purchases to your CrossBorder Pickups U.S. address.

It should be noted that our U.S. facility does not accept walk-in deliveries from local deliveries such as Instacart, and other local retailers. If the shipment does not include a BoL with tracking or has prohibited items, it will be refused. Unfortunately, some of these drop-offs are left outside our facility without our knowledge, and without paperwork, and/or no identification to whom the parcel is intended for. We will only process shipments that come by way of commercial carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc. Please check with your vendor their shipping method before completing your purchase(s).
