Photo ID Required

We would like to remind our valued customers it is required to show proof of photo ID with valid address when picking up or dropping off packages. We will be administering the following protocols to further safeguard all shipments.

Inbound Customers:

For our pick up customers, to ensure that your package(s) are not provided to anyone else but you or your behalf, a photo ID must be presented when picking up. If you have someone else picking up on your behalf, we still require that your account is verified. Please email [email protected] a copy of a valid photo ID with an address that matches your account and the names of those that will transact in your place. Verification is mandatory before we can release your parcel(s).

For mail customers, please email [email protected] a copy of a valid photo ID that matches your account.

Outbound Customers:

When dropping off shipments, we need to only verify once that the account holder’s information matches that of their photo ID. If you’re unable to verify at any of our retail branches, please email [email protected] a valid copy. Customs requires that the shipper’s (sender) information is a valid one.
