“Summary (Last Updated: 03/26/2020; 12:01) UPS is open for business: Service impacts related to Coronavirus

Suspension of Service Guarantee
Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, we have suspended the UPS Service Guarantee (also referred to as the UPS Money Back Guarantee) for all shipments from any origin to any destination.

• Signatures will no longer be required for all UPS deliveries
• The delivery commit time for all UPS Domestic and International Air Services will be extended by 90 minutes
• A limited number of UPS® Standard service packages, with transit times of three or more days, and with certain origins and destinations throughout Canada, may require additional time in transit
• The delivery commit time for import UPS Worldwide Express™, UPS Express and UPS Express Saver® will be extended by one day for shipments destined for Edmonton and select areas of Atlantic Canada”
