We provide you with a free U.S. shipping address, which is what you use when shopping online. That is your CBP address, which is located at our U.S. shipping facility. It’s not a Post Office Box. It’s not a little house down a lane. It’s right where we are, waiting for your packages. You buy, then they ship to your American address – which is us! We receive the package and we notify you that your package has arrived. Your CBP profile is updated to show you the current status of your package(s). You let us know if you want us to wait for more goods coming in your name, or if you’re ready to ship back to Canada then and there. When your package arrives at our headquarters, you pop by to pick it up – or we ship it directly to you wherever you are.
We pay any taxes and duties, and you pay us back. It’s that simple.
