The holiday season is upon us, and with it comes enjoying time with friends and family, feasting on food, and the sharing of traditions. It also happens to be one of the year’s busiest times, with lots to accomplish before the New Year begins.
CrossBorder Pickups will be open over the holidays. You will find our holiday hours on the calendar below:
Hours of Operation for Canada (Mississauga and Markham locations)
Thursday, December 24, 2020: Short hours 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Friday, December 25, 2020: Closed
Saturday, December 26, 2020: Closed
Thursday, December 31, 2020: Short hours 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Friday, January 1, 2021: Closed
Customers receiving their shipments in Canada (INBOUND SHIPMENTS)
To have a package(s) arriving in Canada by Wednesday, December 23, 2020, and afternoon pick up. Orders must be submitted no later than midnight Friday, December 18, 2020.
Please note: Mail package customers should anticipate adding extra days to accommodate carrier’s transit times.
Customer shipping their parcels (OUTBOUND SHIPMENTS)
For Delivery Only service:
Shipments received on Thursday, December 24, 2020, will be dropped off to the USPS on Saturday, December 26, 2020, and to other carriers on Monday, December 28, 2020.
Shipments received on Thursday, December 31, 2020, will be dropped off to the USPS on Saturday, January 2, 2020, and to other carriers on Monday, January 4, 2020.
For domestic and international shipments sent directly from Canada:
Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx package(s) received on Thursday, December 24, 2020, will be picked up by their respective carriers on Monday, December 28, 2020.
Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx packages received on Thursday, December 31, 2020, will be picked up by their respective carriers on Monday, January 4, 2021.
