We would like to remind our clients to choose the correct form of shipping label for their returns with UPS.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept PDF417 and QR codes as an acceptable form of shipping labels. These codes are not read by our driver’s scanning machines and therefore are an unacceptable form of a shipping label. Please provide us with a link to the mailing label or a saved/printed PDF copy.
Regarding UPS returns for Amazon, please provide us a barcode or you can also utilize a call-tag where UPS will come pick the package up where no label on your end required.
When Amazon provides you the RA info, that looks like a label (see image below) please be aware that postage is required. The code that is on the info is RA number that retailers use to track a return from the outset of the return to the end. Since large online retailers receive a number of packages for return, the RA number helps the retailer to know which credit belongs to which customer. Please provide us with the appropriate amount of postage.
